Space Requirements:

A minimum setup area of 19 ft x 19 ft on a flat, level surface is required to allow for safe installation and proper clearance.

For safety and equipment protection, we are unable to install on dirt, sand, mulch, gravel, or uneven or inclined surfaces.

Access to a working electrical outlet within 50 feet is required. Please note, we do not provide on-site generators.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit, which is applied toward your total rental balance.

    Delivery includes setup, tear-down, and pickup.

    • $50 flat rate within the GTA
    (Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Milton, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax)

    • $80 flat rate outside the GTA
    (Whitby, Burlington, Hamilton, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville)

    Bookings are secured with a $100 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward your total rental balance.

    Equipment Care Guidelines

    To protect our equipment, we kindly ask that face paint, henna, glitter, and airbrush art not be used in or around the setup area, as these materials can cause permanent staining. We’re unable to accommodate events where these will be present.

    Please ensure the setup area is clean, level, and free of dirt, gravel, sand, mulch, rocks, or uneven surfaces.

    Adult supervision required at all times

    Weather Policy

    While we do our best to make every event seamless, severe weather may impact our ability to safely set up. Weather-related cancellations are determined at our discretion.

    We strongly recommend having a backup indoor plan in place.
